Return And Exchange Policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on www.saadgibyrnm.com and is operated by Navistaar Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the terms set out below.


1. SIZE EXCHANGE (LIMITED ELIGIBILITY)

We offer exchange only in case of size issues, subject to the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Customer must ship the product back with name and registered mobile number clearly mentioned
  • A reverse shipping fee of ₹150 shall be borne by the customer

Important:
Exchange is strictly limited to size issues of the same product only, and is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to offer an alternate solution (store credit or replacement) at its sole discretion.


2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered by us
  • Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly approved by the Company under exceptional circumstances
  • In eligible cases, the Company may offer store credit or replacement instead of monetary refund

Note: This policy is in accordance with applicable laws governing customized, hygiene-sensitive, and apparel products where return restrictions are permissible.


3. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing the issue
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

Upon verification:

  • We will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability
  • If replacement is not possible, we may offer store credit or refund, at our discretion

Important Legal Note:
The requirement of an unboxing video is for verification purposes only. However, genuine complaints supported by reasonable evidence will still be reviewed in line with applicable consumer protection laws.


4. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL

Any exchange or replacement request must comply with:

  • Product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • Request is raised within the specified time frame

The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify the returned product before approving any request.

Non-compliance may lead to rejection of the request.


5. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Prepaid Orders: Cancellation requests may be considered only before order processing/shipping, at our discretion
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped

Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

6. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Exchange/return/replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Requests based on personal preference (e.g., dislike of color, fabric, or fit other than sizing issue)
  • Minor color variation (up to 10–12%) due to screen differences or lighting
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, clearance, or promotional offers, unless defective
  • Failure to provide sufficient proof of issue within the stipulated time

7. PRODUCT VARIATION DISCLAIMER

All products may undergo manual processing, and slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture / finish
  • Overall appearance

are inherent and not considered defects.

We do not guarantee exact color matching due to screen display differences and lighting conditions.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company’s liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product
  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City – e.g., Noida/Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh].
